Legal Guarantee
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, your purchase is protected by the statutory legal guarantee for goods under applicable EU and national consumer protection law.
The seller is liable for a lack of conformity that exists when the goods are delivered and becomes apparent within the applicable statutory guarantee period. In general, this period is at least two years from delivery for new goods, subject to the laws of the country applicable to your purchase.
If the goods are defective or otherwise do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, to remedies including:
