Shipping policy
All orders are shipped as a letter with DHL and have tracking.
Free Shipping (tracking incl.) on all orders over 79€. For orders under 79€ the following shipping costs apply:
- Germany 4€ (tracking incl.)
- EU 5€ (tracking incl.)
- Outside EU 6€ (tracking incl.)
- USA 19€ (Tracking and Duties are included.)
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days.
Our warehouse is located in Berlin/Germany, so you will not be charged Customs Fees, or Import charges when you live in the EU.
However, holidays and/or other circumstances outside of our control might interfere and/or delay shipments. In areas where our carriers do not deliver, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers or refund the order.
Once the order is confirmed, you will first receive an order confirmation via email. Once the item has been shipped, another email will be sent.
