The Værløse strap is a tribute to Flyvestation Værløse, the former Danish military airbase where our founder’s grandfather, Ib Jelsdal, worked as a blacksmith.

The Admiralty Grey colourway draws on the understated colours of classic military equipment. Its neutral grey tone has a distinctly utilitarian character, discreet, versatile and designed to work naturally with everything from vintage field watches to modern tool watches.

Made from premium soft and flat 1.2 mm nylon, the Værløse uses a classic single-pass construction. With only one layer of nylon beneath the watch, the case sits closer to the wrist than with a traditional two-layer-style strap. The result is a slim, lightweight, and comfortable strap for everyday wear.

The strap is fitted with a stainless steel buckle, available in brushed, polished, and matte black finishes. This allows the strap to be paired with both vintage and contemporary watches while maintaining its functional military character.

With 13 adjustment holes and a total length of 27 cm without the buckle, the Værløse offers a versatile fit across a wide range of wrists.

The Værløse Admiralty Grey is a restrained interpretation of the classic military strap, rooted in Danish craftsmanship, inspired by military aviation, and made for everyday use.
